As some of you may know. I have been demoted of admin powers completely. I am making this application to not beg for admin back, but I am making it because I've been with this community as an admin for quite a long time. 

 

I'm resubmitting my admin application because I've already came this far with phantom gamers, and I would feel it would be a shame for me to just stop here. I'm sure most of you know by now, I'm the only regular admin or person with powers who comes on both of phantoms servers and looks after it. I know that most of you that have taken the effort to bother to look at this application know who I am and know I do my job. I do realize that I do use my powers for what some people might classify as "abuse" such as setting classes, crits and a few other things. But I do know that a majority of you enjoy this, and it is why I do it. I've seen a number of servers fall due to strict rules, feared admins, and nothing ever different ever happens. I've seen servers where admins are constantly on, muting people they don't like, randomly banning, and pissing off a huge number of the community in which they also fall. I've been told to be a kind, fair, funny, and mad scientist admin. People seem to enjoy me being around, and even enjoy the abuse. Most of you who have been around the past few months would've known, that after the server became empty of admins/mods with nobody looking after it, mic spammers and assholes came on to phantom and started corrupting it. Some of you may know I decided to come back then and I was extremely strict, with several people getting banned for weeks or permanently, loved members who did funny things were muted and gagged constantly because of breaking maybe one rule and the servers essentially went into a prison where people would be punished extremely easily for breaking the rules. I took the time to have a look at some very successful communities and I saw how admins worked. There were very few, like a handful (around 4-5 admins tops) or even just two. They started this year and already have a community with over a thousand players in their steam group. I love phantom, it's over the year i spent on it I've came to realize how much i enjoy being with it's community and caring for it. After i decided to go a little bit more loose, players started coming out of the shadows and people felt like i was much more of a community admin rather than a tightass. People who never spoke on the mic before came up and spoke, people were able to do silly things and they felt comfortable being around me, and the community because it wasn't a harsh prison anymore. Being an admin isn't about crashing the server, or making people fear you. It's about looking after the community, having fun with it, crying with it, and being one with it. That's what it is to be an admin, I don't know whether I'll ever get promoted back to my role as phantoms admin ever again, but I'm going to at least try one last time before giving up. I want to see phantom get bigger, become more than it just is as hale and dodgeball. I want to see the servers full a lot of the time, people saying hello to their mates and making new ones, the steam group doubling, people wanting to donate not because they want special powers but because they love the server. I still have faith that phantom can have the potential to be more than it just is, and I want to be at the side of phantom, with my fellow lab members when the day phantom becomes on of the biggest servers out there. I love phantom, and I love you guys and girls as the community.

+1 Good luck with your application! Very well written and thought out. You seem pretty good with writing out the application, and i have seen you a lot on the Dodgeball servers. You're a generally nice guy to play with and i think you'd be a great new member to the admin team. I'd like to congratulate you for taking the time and effort to write a very thought out application and for asking for advice on it. It shows that you're a good guy, who's really looking forward to helping out the server and i think that even if you don't get accepted, you'll be a very good influence on the dodgeball side of the community! Why should you be an Admin?
I rarely play anything other than dodgeball, and from this I've seen a lack of Admins on the dodgeball server. The only Admins I have ever seen on the dodgeball server would be Juanerino and Beesley. I'd like to be an active admin on this server to moderate the rules that are being broken. I really enjoy my time spent on the server, and the community that comes with it.
 
Define being an Admin?
It's a public figure, a representation of the owner, and all the other Admins or Moderators on the server, You handle problems on the server, and follow through with consequences for other's actions. You're known by practically every regular, and hopefully welcomed.
 
Do you have a microphone, and if so do you use it alot?
Yes I have a microphone, and I use it majority of the time unless I have music going. ( Windows Media Player likes to pause my music whenever I use voice chat in-game. )
 
Do you know the commands?
Yes I do, I know more than probably some of the existing admins would know, I've owned 2 servers myself, and been admin on 5 other active trade or idle servers.
 
What is your policy with scammers?
when a scammer comes online, and some one's in distress due to it, I'd kindly ask them to give it back, if they refuse to I'd find their profile link, get their steam ID which would lead me to their SteamRep, I'd kindly ask them to give it back twice more over time or try and resolve the problems, if not I'd IP Ban them, due to them being unpleasant and unwanted. After all of that I'd get the person who was scammed to report him as a scammer to SteamRep aswell as anyone else who witnessed it or was involved.

This whole application probably sounds really cheesy and generic, I'm not the best with writing. I'd just like to say to all the admins who don't know me, you should give me a chance, as anyone who's not from the dodgeball server wouldn't know me, I rarely enjoy or play any other game modes. I really enjoy the community from what I've seen, and It'd be my pleasure to be an Admin on such a server.

I do have to say, I've seen you around a fair bit but for me to give you a +1 or a -1 is also hard to say. I need to see a bit more confidence of you on phantom, when you speak on the mic you tend to sound like you're acting shy and when there are huge amounts of people on the mic you tend to try and over voice them. When an admin or someone isn't using the mic you tend to be very quite and such. I've seen you around every now and then, but considering you as a mod let alone admin would be hard to tell at this stage. I want to see more of you out there on the server(s) and try to be a bit more "brave" sounding! Your application isn't poor either, but it could use a itty bit of touching up here and there. You seem like an okay dude, but you have yet to make a name for yourself on phantom, let alone be called a regular player. Most people apply when they have a lot of people who know them very well and have made a name for themselves in the community. I do suggest try being more active and get yourself that fancy name. I will edit my comment every now and then based on observations that i've noticed from you.

Hey Deathgod, from what you've recently done i'm leaning more towards the side of you shouldn't be an admin. You're acting so desperate for it and it's getting on the communities nerves, you're telling me that you're a horrible person because i gave you some mixed feedback, you're making all these threads about yourself and how much you "LOVEEEEEEEEEEEE" phantom. It's just plain old creepy, and sorry man we don't need creepos lurking on the admin team here on phantom.

Good job editing your post to a negative one after you got outed about your age, And you couldn't even come up with a better reason then that as an excuse, even though the reason i applied was to stop abuse? Please, everyone knows i wouldn't. Your a Pathetic, Desperate little kid that abuses your mod power (which you shouldn't even still have according to many). 4. Why should you be admin? : I am very friendly and this can generate positive feedback to the server, I never get angry so I will not rage out and cause a scene. If I become admin I will moderate the server to the highest standard possible and uphold the values and rules of this server, I can bring a plethora of hale / administrator knowledge to the administrator team. I will uphold all of the rules, no matter if they are my friend or not. I will absolutely never ever, abuse powers, I would only use my powers to help administrate the server and not for my own enjoyment. I will make it the top of my playing agenda to visit Hale #2 more than any other server I do play.
 
5. Define becoming an admin : Becoming an admin is quite a step, it involves becoming a role model. You have to be a good one, because the whole server is watching you and depending on how you act is how the server will act the same way. You uphold the rules which is a big thing, but I think I can handle it.
 
6. Do you have a mic if so do you use it a lot? : I do own a mic, but rarely use it.
 
7. Do you know the commands of admin (e.g sm_kick)? : I know most of the admin commands, but also being quite close friends with a few of the admins, they will be able to show me some of the commands I may not know.
 
8. What is your policy with scammers? : I would firstly find out what was traded and the prices of each item, to see whether they were actually scamming another player, and if they were I would temp ban the scammer, and if they continue to do it I would take the punishment one step further.

4. Why should you be admin? :

I believe this server could use another admin to help keep it in check, ive joined constantly only to find some admin or mod out of control with power or to find someone breaking the rules, ruining the experience for everyone else and its horrible to watch without being able to help what so ever. I have plenty of experience of being an admin: 2ish years being a admin on a very popular terraria server, a year or so on an old tf2 deathrun and minigame server along with a couple months on a minecraft server. I also know most regular players on the server and im willing to help them along with new comers who may not understand the game mode very well or at all.

5. Define becoming an admin :  Becoming an admin does give you more power over other players, but your still a player and not some sort of god amost men. The power you get is to only to help and keep the server a clean and happy place for everyone to enjoy. Becoming an admin is too be committed, qualified and most importantly; calm and able to listen to both sides of a story, without being byist or rude to either party, sloving problems and all round helping and being a nice person C:

I dont currently (ran the cord over with my chair and ripped it) but im currently saving up for some new astros, and i cant wait as talking is much easier then chat.

Policy? please. If your scam someone your litteral scum, you dont deserve a policy. id probably try to get the item back but otherwise the scammer is banned, and id contact steam support on behalf of the player to try and get their item back.

4.Why should you become admin?:I perform to the best of my abilities i keep the sever fun,clean and responsible i am also very active.I am very responsible and kind to all people on this sever. I strive for my best and for the severs best to make it a better and awesome place, i also can't resist playing on it also are my favourites severs!
As it is also my dream goal to be an admin on these severs. i do not abuse any powers i have and won't ever abuse, i am constantly moderating the severs aswell as i can and bringing lots of fun,loving joy to the severs! I have alot of courage to influence everyone to be thems selves, I have been on these severs for almost a year i am  know all the rules and what is exspected from me, i have a maturity of a 9/10 in my ratings. I do whats best for everyone on the sever and even the sever, i try to help with everything and do my best to solve the problem.I am really friendly which can create alot of great feedback to the sever.
 
5.Define becoming an admin?: Becoming an admin is a perfect role model for the people on the sever, being responsible to everyone, being polite and happy also bringing joy to one anouther also keeping and managing the sever in line and tact. It also comes with a great responsibility which i believe i have, aswell as that making sure everyone and everything is enjoyed on all phantom-severs. Also a person who shows alot of beliefs and courage and a great person who is always there to help and do somthing about the problem or to make it fun and make these severs punchy blast!

8.What is your policy with scammers?: First of all i found how who the so called "scammer" is, find out what really happened then maby talk to some other older admins/officers on the sever and see what they think in the end i would more then likely ban them for 24 hours then if it keeps going on i would speek again to one of the older staff and Ban them permanetly.
 
 
 
9.Additional info: I am a very active player as i have said i play on every sever i posibly can especially saxton hale, i am very kind and would be willing to help with anything or anyone i also treat everyone equally and fairly.I really like to play on phantom severs as it brings joy to all plays escpecially me.As i said before this is also one of my dream goals. 4. Why should you be admin? :  I am an active player on PG. When i can, i slay afks, and mute spammers. I give them 2 warnings first. I am very familiar with being admin as i have been admin on tf2 servers before. I am very well known on the server, and when someone needs me, i'll be there. Not only do i pay close attention for freepoints, mic spams etc, i am well open to others and glad to talk to everyone! 
5. Define becoming an admin : Being an admin, is being friendly to the people on the server, but also keeping it in order. We also make sure that the server is fun and enjoyable for new members! Its essential that we're not overpowered in one skill like being too serious or being just a laughing stock. Being an admin is not to put your own desires first, but putting the other people on the server's first, when it comes to fun (like being selfish and abusing and cocky.)

7. Do you know the commands of admin (e.g sm_kick)? Yes, i know all of the essential commands from seeing other admins using them, what not. 
8. What is your policy with scammers? :My policy with scammers are try to find what EXACTLY happened, not just from the victim's point of view. If i do find out that the scammer was all at fault, i would ban him for a year. He might aswell forget about this server.

Little late, but I don't care +over 9000. One of the most amazing girls ever, she's an amazing person, a great friend, a kind and friendly person, great sense of humour, would make a great admin on both servers! She spends time on both a lot and is a very loved and respected member of the community. :3

4.Why should I be admin:
I'd love to become an admin on the server, for me as a player who has started playing a lot on the server I'd love to help the server in any way I possibly can. I enjoy playing with the players, hate micspammers and those that make the game more frustrating than it should be. 
I've been admin on two other servers but for around a year one on one of them. I know how to deal with micspammers, hackers, and I know many commands off by heart quite easily. I use my mic a lot on the server and I'm a very respected and loved member on the community. For me becoming an admin on the server would be of great responsibility and dedication. I for one would be able to do that, I often play on the server as it is one of my main servers and helping the server would be amazing. I can do the job and get it done right, yet still be a fun, nice, and entertaining member of the community.
5. Define becoming an admin: Becoming an admin means taking on new responsibilities. In looking after the server and keeping it fun and under order. To become admin on a server means time and dedication to do the job and maintain the server. To be an admin doesn't mean "I'm the boss respect the hell out of me" it means to respect and look after the community keeping it away from annoying as hell players who ruin the fun of the community by hacking, mic spamming, and being massive dicks. It means taking on the role of someone who loves and cares about the community and wanting to do everything they can to keep it in best shape.
6. Yes I do have a mic, and yes I do use it a lot. I'm very comfortable on the mic and it is very good quality. 
7. Yes I know all admin commands off by heart, I have had experience as an admin on two tf2 servers and I know the Sourcemod admin commands very well.
8. Policy with scammers: Personally, I believe that people shouldn't be scammed. Most scammers aren't the nicest of people and should really learn to be fair. If I know a scammer I will report the scammer to someone of trust who can do action or report it to valve, steamrep, and tf2 outpost.
Additional Info: I know many members of the community. I'm a gamer with 1000+ hours on team fortress 2. I enjoy having a good time with people both in real life and virtual. I love anime it's amazing. I am a bit of an artist, and a story writer. I play tennis and soccer, and do enjoy some free running. Many people on the Phantom Team Fortress 2 servers know who I am and I've had many great times with members of the phantom-gamers community. Also many people call me Light....
