What time do you normally play?: I normally play after school (3pm) and most of the weekend. On holidays I have played every day so far for about 2hrs min each day. 5. Why should you be an admin?: I think that I should be given an admin rank as I am well known within the community, have leadership skills and can handle issues when under stress or pressure. 6. Do you have a mic if so how much do you use it?: I do have a mic and I use it whenever I am in-game. 7. Do you Know the commands for admin?: I do know a majority of the command off by heart 8. Have You been an admin on another server before?: I have not been an admin on another TF2 server, but I have been a trial mod on a Garry’s mod TTT server. 9. Have you read and fully understood the admin rules?: I have read the admin rules and understand everything listed 10. If you stop playing on Phantom-Gamers will you let us know so we can remove you from admin and allow someone else your take you spot?: Yes I would, otherwise that would be rude and ruin someone else’s opportunity to shine 11. Additional info: I am currently one of our School’s leaders and understand the responsibility that comes with giving power and can lead others into doing the morally and ethically right thing

I have found out the problem, the server ip that is shown on the forums is the wrong server IP, therefore making it impossible to actually join. 203.33.121.29:27013 ^^^ That is the Phantom Gamers DB server ip Dodge Ball: 203.33.121.293:27013 ^^^This is the server ip shown on the forums, as you can see there is an extra character in the server ip, therefore causing this problem. If you enter the ip at the top, you should connect to the server with no problems.

Neutral, I have never actually seen you on the db server or you just haven't been using your mic enough for me to notice you, sorry. Updated - had a conversation with him and noticed that he would be a great admin, +1

+1, this needs to be looked into so that we can actually give people chances on their appeals and reports!

Chicken, it could be due to the server being full, or you are too far away from the server host. Are you putting in the proper server ip? Any of these could be the problem, although it could just be a bad time for joining??

Hahaha, it's ok mate. It's just I have seen a lot of "hi there" and "I am new here" posts, and feel like they need a home.

On one of my old servers forums (not to be named), we had an introduction page on the forums to try and make people feel more welcome into the community. I was thinking that this could be a good way to get newcomers involved in Phantom Gamers as a community and help people meet others and help them around.

In most cases, I see a lot of warnings about stealing and not to do it, but there is no actual action being done. If it happens once, it's fogiveable. Twice or multiple times however, seems just straight up r00d.

I would say more credits over time for dodgeball, not sure if the hale server has credits.... I would also say letting VIPs be in the draw to win a random thing (key, multiple hats, etc) at the end of each month These are just rough ideas btw
