1) Game/job : Just like in the title, i am applying for both Dodge-ball, and Saxton Hale. 2) Age: 14. So, whenever means basically all the damn time. 5) Why should i be an admin?: Why i think i should be an admin, is because i feel like i would be the fairest of them all. If any problems that show up, just like the one that is currently happening with another admin of the server, i will have dealt with as fast as i can possibly do it. whether it be a small, non noticeable problem, to a large scale catastrophe. Also, seeing as i recently just got back into tf2 i feel as if i will be even more active on the phantom servers than i was the previous year, so that means when ever someone needs me, i will be there in a flash! As well as that, i can be the friendliest person you will most likely ever meet on the server, with an exception of a lot of people i know who occasionally drift by the server. Like when i was in admin power previously, i will host a number of little fun things whilst being on the server, OF COURSE with the server's population allowance AND Killer's allowance. 6) Yes, i very much do have a mic, and unlike my horrible, shit last one, this one is almost as clear as day... as long as i dont have it's volume higher than emlo's voice. 7) do i know the commands for admin?: I know all the commands. every single one, you describe it, i name it. 8) Have i been admin for another server?: Well, why yes i have, not sure if this is acceptable, but co-owner of a popular still running gmod server, and was a previous admin for this same server (not the gmod one. i mean phantom). But this time, i'm going to allow the communities vote on whether i should be admin again. 9) After reading the admin rules yet again, i now do fully understand what my limits are, and will not proceed to push those limits under any circumstances (unless given permission by a higher up) 10) If i ever leave phantom (again), i will make sure to notify you, that i have left and my position is now open to be given. i will also notify if i will be on a holiday or away for a while, just so i'm not stripped of my rank. 11) Regarding the age thing, again, i will be having a talk to killer about that. Well From Weekday-School days 4pm-9pm Weekends 10am-11pm 5.) Why should I become Admin? Well I think I should be come admin because, I’m a really nice guy who loves to play around on Phantom Gamers saxton hale/dodge ball with friends and players in the Community. A lot of the time you can find me on the saxton hale severs having fun, but when someone breaking a rule or some problem, that’s when I get serious and try to fix a problems even when I have no power of people. Becoming Admin would give me a big responsibility of making sure everyone feels like they can have fun and feel safe on the severs. 5.) Define Becoming an Admin? Defining an Admin is someone that has big responsibility/someone who can look after the servers and help the servers whenever they can. Doing this is making sure that people feel safe but also having fun at the same time. 6.) Communication (Mic) Yes I do have a mic. Its very good/People can hear me very clearly I do use it a lot when I’m playing games. 7.) Do you know the commands for Admin? I do know some commands but not all of them but I can always learn the commands from research or asking other friends/people who know some of the commands. 8.) What's your policy with scammers? You do not find a lot of scammers on hale severs but if they would be one what I would do is I would talk to both people and find the sides of the story's (If I can) and also ask people around the sever if they know what happen. After that I would go talk with the admin/higher command people and see what they think we should do but if I can’t talk to other people I would ban/kick them for a period of time. 9.) Have you been an admin on another server before? I have not been an admin before. But I have always wont to be one just to help out the community. 10.) If you stop playing on Phantom-Gamers will you let us know so we can remove you from admin and allow someone else your take you spot? Yes I would let Killer or someone else who can remove me. But I love phantom gamers and there community so I don’t think I would leave. 11.) Have you read and fully understood the admin rules? Yes I have read all of it 2 and I understand everything from Banned commands to rule for admin’s. I do understand that I/other player cannot have unfair advantages, also all the commands that admin can use. 12.) Game / Job: Saxton Hale Admin (Normal server) Your age?: 19 Ingame name and steam id: Bytesmee - STEAM_0:0:39669371 What time do you normally play?: Peak Hours (3:00pm onwards) I also tend to play during some irregular times (early mornings/mid-day/late nights depending) Why should you be an admin?: As a player within this community (VSH specifically) it is frustrating to witness some people break the rules and/or disrupt the play of others when an Admin is not present. Of course it cannot be expected to have 24/7 moderation of servers, so I'd like to think having another staff member who can facilitate odd hours being beneficial to the community. I've had experience in being a moderator both in real life and online and show little bias in handling troublesome situations. Do you have a mic if so how much do you use it?: I do have a mic. I generally do not use it frequently within TF2, but I'm ready to use it when needed. Do you know the commands for admin?: Yes, I'm knowledgeable in all commands for administration. Have you been an admin on another server before?: I was a Head Admin for OzGaming before the servers were closed down. Be it Scouts camping, to annoying mic spammers or people mistreating others. I also have knowledge and experience on how to behave in certain ways during the game, whether not to be serious or take it slow for those of younger ages. I have around 2 years experience as Admin on multiple servers, which make me a great asset to the team that Phantom has got. I'm polite around the server and i occasionally like to have fun owning some nubs. I don't see myself ever stopping TF2 and helping the community. We use to do raffles and such. I am also moderator at Trade Toxic Bunny which is a server that essentially made for traders. I am currently admin of Corey Crabbing which we partnered up with “NTOTB” which is a server where we essentially crab daily and create a awesome environment for others. I am an unusual trader and I love being in the community because I feel there is nothing better then hanging out with fellow traders. If you do become admin what will you do: Well if I do get admin on the vsh server, I would help as much as I can daily. Being an admin on other servers allows me to know all the commands of admin which can be useful. I can ban players who are scamming.(with enough evidence). I can mute mic spammers. I can slay people whom are afk or are inactive. I can help the community grow into a better place. For example, I will try to make new players feel welcome and to help the group/community.
