I have read all the rules carefully and I now understand what i must or shouldn't do as an admin.

What time do you normally play?: Late afternoon and night but can vary.
Why should he be an admin?: He is a great friend of mine, also one of the most mature i know. He is a noble and modest person that comes on to have fun and joke around with players, always in a jolly mood and ready to have a laugh but at the same time will be strict when needed. He is extremely sensible and knows the community from top to bottom and is high on the dodgeball rank. He wouldnt abuse and almost certain that he would never be demoted, i trust this man with almost everything i have. I dont know him irl yet still i needed him to hold unusuals for me and he without question held them and traded back as soon as i needed them.
Do you have a mic if so how much do you use it?: He has a mic and uses often, also fast typer.
Do you Know the commands for admin?: Im not sure he knows too many but i will be happy to link him our information to basic rules and targeting, will also provide any extra's he may need.
Have You been an admin on another server before?: I dont think he has, but he would be perfect for anyone.
Have you read and fully understood the admin rules(Link)?: He hasnt yet but i will get him to and then to reply to this thread enstating that he has.
If you stop playing on Phantom-Gamers will you let us know so we can remove you from admin and allow some one else your take you spot?: He would, I will guarantee that he will let me know as soon as he does.
Additional info: He doesnt know that I'm doing this for him, I have just seen so many people apply and there is no one i would upvote (nothing personal but there are few people i know will respect the rules) and there are very few i would be happy with them getting admin. But not only that, with this amazing player I am more than happy to apply for him because he would set a good standard for admins across our server and when there arent other admins on will help respectfully watch over the server.
 

 

If he doesnt want admin (im going to ask him, i just thought it'd be a nice gesture seen as though we need more people like him) i will hide the thread before it gets replied to, if he wants it he will reply after reading the rules.

I normally play for about 2 - 4 hours a day everyday.
I would like to be an admin to expand the rules to other new or old players that never looked at them before, My job would be, if I see any rule breakers or exploiting anything I will make them stop.
I do have a mic. I don't use it often.

If I leave phantom gamers for any reason,  will of course give up my spot for someone else.
 
 

I have been with this server as admin for amlost a year i think, i love this server and im always on.
That is why i want a higher position. I know head admin is taken but i just want a higher level of admin because I have done so much for this server and made so many friends in doing it, that should be reward enough but i really wish something higher. 
 
I have followed every rule, helped new admins and mods start up, im always imforming people in on updates with the server, helped other admins with rules and i do countless good deeds for this server and i do not see why i should not be higher up. I will not abuse my powers or play unfairly, not because of the rules but because of moral and knowing the difference between right and wrong. 
 
I just hope someone will see eye to eye with me.

4.Why should you become admin?:I perform to the best of my abilities i keep the sever fun,clean and responsible i am also very active.I am very responsible and kind to all people on this sever. I strive for my best and for the severs best to make it a better and awesome place, i also can't resist playing on it also are my favourites severs!
As it is also my dream goal to be an admin on these severs. i do not abuse any powers i have and won't ever abuse, i am constantly moderating the severs aswell as i can and bringing lots of fun,loving joy to the severs! I have alot of courage to influence everyone to be thems selves, I have been on these severs for almost a year i am  know all the rules and what is exspected from me, i have a maturity of a 9/10 in my ratings. I do whats best for everyone on the sever and even the sever, i try to help with everything and do my best to solve the problem.I am really friendly which can create alot of great feedback to the sever.
 
5.Define becoming an admin?: Becoming an admin is a perfect role model for the people on the sever, being responsible to everyone, being polite and happy also bringing joy to one anouther also keeping and managing the sever in line and tact. It also comes with a great responsibility which i believe i have, aswell as that making sure everyone and everything is enjoyed on all phantom-severs. Also a person who shows alot of beliefs and courage and a great person who is always there to help and do somthing about the problem or to make it fun and make these severs punchy blast!
 
 
6.Do you have a mic if so do you use it alot?: I currently do have a mic not in working condition i plan on using it a whole lot more.But right now i am working on fixing it
 
 
 
7.Do you know the commands of admin (e.g sm_kick)?: Yes i am familiar with them but also have plenty of friends as admins and if i don't know hopfully they could help me otherwise i have got the commands on the forums. How ever a tutorial would be well appreciated.
 
 
 
8.What is your policy with scammers?: First of all i found how who the so called "scammer" is, find out what really happened then maby talk to some other older admins/officers on the sever and see what they think in the end i would more then likely ban them for 24 hours then if it keeps going on i would speek again to one of the older staff and Ban them permanetly.
 
 
 
9.Additional info: I am a very active player as i have said i play on every sever i posibly can especially saxton hale, i am very kind and would be willing to help with anything or anyone i also treat everyone equally and fairly.I really like to play on phantom severs as it brings joy to all plays escpecially me.As i said before this is also one of my dream goals. I mostly play on #2 but i am up for any sever. I am always here to lend a helping hand if ever needed i love working with all people to achieve and success on anything!
