4) What time do i normally play?: I play mostly whenever i can, seeing as i have been using my own build. So, whenever means basically all the damn time.
5) Why should i be an admin?: Why i think i should be an admin, is because i feel like i would be the fairest of them all. If any problems that show up, just like the one that is currently happening with another admin of the server, i will have dealt with as fast as i can possibly do it. whether it be a small, non noticeable problem, to a large scale catastrophe. Also, seeing as i recently just got back into tf2 i feel as if i will be even more active on the phantom servers than i was the previous year, so that means when ever someone needs me, i will be there in a flash! As well as that, i can be the friendliest person you will most likely ever meet on the server, with an exception of a lot of people i know who occasionally drift by the server. Like when i was in admin power previously, i will host a number of little fun things whilst being on the server, OF COURSE with the server's population allowance AND Killer's allowance.
6) Yes, i very much do have a mic, and unlike my horrible, shit last one, this one is almost as clear as day... as long as i dont have it's volume higher than emlo's voice.
7) do i know the commands for admin?: I know all the commands. every single one, you describe it, i name it.
8) Have i been admin for another server?: Well, why yes i have, not sure if this is acceptable, but co-owner of a popular still running gmod server, and was a previous admin for this same server (not the gmod one. i mean phantom). But this time, i'm going to allow the communities vote on whether i should be admin again.
9) After reading the admin rules yet again, i now do fully understand what my limits are, and will not proceed to push those limits under any circumstances (unless given permission by a higher up)
10) If i ever leave phantom (again), i will make sure to notify you, that i have left and my position is now open to be given. i will also notify if i will be on a holiday or away for a while, just so i'm not stripped of my rank.

4. Why should you be admin? : Because i used to host alot of servers back in the day and was handling everything easy. I have many friends on the server who listen to me and this is the only server i play on in the whole of TF2 so i want to make it a fun and playable experience for everyone without all the annoying trolls or dickheads trying to ruin it for everyone ( i have been seeing that lately).
5. Define becoming an admin : Becoming an admin would be a reward given to you. In saying this, you have to have the patients and responsibilities of sorting things out and permitting punishments but not making them too serious. You will need to understand the rules of being an admin and help anyone one Young, old, different country or different colour (not to be racist or discriminate against any individual). You will need to understand situations in your path so you make you sure you are going into an argument without making a fool of yourself (know whats going on before going into the conversation). And being mature and a suitable role model to everyone around you, so you can make yourself a likable admin and be respected by others. And last but not least respect everyone on the server and do not ban them for no apparent reason.
6.Do you have a mic?: yes i do have a mic and i use it quite often when people are talking to me or when an argument happens (sorting out the situation).
7. Do you know the commands of admin (e.g sm_kick)?: Not really but people are going to help me along the way, so i can understand it quick and easy without making a hassle out of it.
8. What is your policy with scammers? : They can get fucked to be honest. and i don't trade anyway so yeah
9. Additional info: Hosted servers in the past, People respect me, I'm an understanding guy and i don't walk into situations without finding out what has happened.
