You can't leave a server for that long of a time, come back and then expect to get a staff position.

I haven't seen you on the dodge ball server once, same goes for hale. 

I haven't seen you on the server in ages for starters. Secondly you are also do not meet the minimum age requirement for the job. Thirdly, as MrBluuy pointed point, I personally don't feel you're mature enough for the job. If it was up to me to make the final decision, it would be a no. Your application is also missing a great amount of detail.

It's a nice app, don't get me wrong. I do see you on the server alot and you are a nice person. A little bit more information would be nice. However, much like with other apps, you need to read Killer's Post before applying to see if there are any staff positions available. Right now, there are way too many staff members. 

Keep on the lookout for when someone gets demoted.

What time do you normally play?: All week when I'm not working

Why should you be a mod?: I have 2000 hours in tf2 with a good chunk of that in VSH, i have been admins on other servers because.

Do you have a mic, if so how much do you use it? If you are applying, you need to use it frequently and be confident on the mic: I have a corsair VOID 7.1 head set w/ mic, rarely the audio feed will rapidly degrade and i will need to rejoin, but this is a rare occurrence. 

Do you know the commands for mod?: Not all of them.

Have You been a mod on another server before?: Yep.

Have you read and fully understood the admin and player rules(recently updated) (Link)?: I get the rules underling reasoning, however i could not tell you them of by heart.

Additional info: I'm friends with a large chunk of the server and get along with people easily. 

This app is lacking in terms of detail. A simple one liner doesn't provide enough information for a proper decision to be made.

1. Why do you want to become Admin instead of Moderator?:

- Having Admin will allow me to better enforce the rules than if I was a Moderator. Having the extra commands/permissions will allow me to make the server a more fun place for everyone and will allow me to do a better job catching rule breakers. The title of "Admin" will also allow me to be taken more seriously compared to if I was a Moderator. However saying this, I do feel that the current permissions moderators have are enough to do what they have to. They're just a little limited.

2. What have you done to make yourself recognized by the community?:

- I have played on the server for a very long time, so I am known by a a large majority of the community. I'm friends with current staff, previous staff members that still continue to play, as well as people that frequent the server. I play on the server very often, even with all of the other responsibilities that I have.

- Currently, I am 17 years old

- By both players and staff members, yes. I am always looking for ways to improve as a staff member and as a person as well.

5. What have you learned about the server when your a moderator?

- Primarily to enforce the rules and to make the server a fun place without being borderline "Abusive". Most players don't like it if the server's always on "disco-mode", they're constantly being killed after a round's ended, or they're being force taunted at the start of every game. It's fun to begin with, but you have to not cross the line or it gets annoying. If I ever do something like this, It's done with a majority vote.
