First of all im an all round genuine guy, I get along with everyone pretty easy. I hate when people break rules so if I become admin I would help the "Phantom Gamers" community by enforcing the rules and just being an great admin. I am well know in the dodge-ball servers (man that game-mode is addicting). I am easy to communicate with, almost always online so ill be online to monitor the servers everyday. I would be a great asset for Phantom Gamers. Not only do I know how to be admin, I currently run 4 of my own servers (managing plugins, maps, player influx, group events etc) So I would be able to assist with anything at anytime. 5.Define becoming a admin: The most common definition of an administrator would probably be monitoring the server and enforcing the rules etc. My definition would not just be enforcing rules and monitoring the server but it would also be, to create a better experience for gamers and assist players whenever they need help or tips. 6. Communication (mic): Roger that! I always have my mic handy, one of the greatest tools for a gamer. Anyways im always able to use mic, I prefer to use the mic as it is faster and easier to address a message to players. 7. Do u know the commands of admin: Yep, I know all the commands there is. I run 4 of my own servers so its eeeasy peezy! 8. What’s your policy with scammers: Scammers, now a very common species in Team Fortress 2 aye? These guys are simple to deal with. What i would do would talk "Suspected Scammer" and the person who has reported them so I could hear both sides of the story. I would obtain evidence and all the info, maybe find out who else was involved etc (alt accounts, witnesses) and then I would decide if it is a scam/shark. If the outcome decides that the user is a scammer he will most likely be banned and reported to steam rep for further consultation etc. 9. Additional informations: My Names Beesley, My fav colours are green and orange :3 I am highly addicted to Saxton Hale, Dodge-ball and Trading. Currently own a huge group and 4 servers. I can code a little bit, edit plugins, run servers, pretty much anything to do with servers I can do. I've been playing on your TF2 hale server, and it's pretty damn good, although I do have an issue with it: - I notice that, sometimes when playing as sniper, even though I get a clear shot on Hale, right in the center of his chest, the shot still doesn't register and I don't deal damage to him. This is when neither hale nor I are lagging, our pings are below 100. I thought this was something to do with the rate (i.e. how often bytes/second are sent and received by the host), so I checked in console, and it seems the Hale server's rate is locked to 20000. I remember one of Valve's previous patches which increased the default rate to 30000, improving gameplay, can you change this Killer_Awesome? I notice on other servers with this rate that I tend to do upwards of 4000 damage to hale as a sniper, whereas on this server I usually do around 2000, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who would welcome this change.
