Cloudyyy / Xero is quite possibly the most active moderator on phantom gamers, When I have been on he hasnt abused his powers at all and he is always alert to stealers, mic spammers and just people braking the rules. Xero is a highly responsible moderator and I think he will made a great admin. 

I hope every one had a awesome Christmas and New Year. Any way i thought i would just give every one a quick update Just let every one know whats going on this year.
 
New Admin Positions Available:
I will be going trough all our current admin an removing the ones that have been inactive for a while so that should free up some admin/mod slots but please don't apply for mod/admin until the template has been updated to say their are positions available.
 
New Head Admin Positions Available:
Hade has stepped down from head admin so that position is now available so if your interested check out the admin template for more info.
 
Dodge Ball Server:
We may be bring back the dodge ball server in a few weeks but i'm not 100% sure yet i will add more info when its available.
 
Server Update:
I know the server has been a little very buggy lately and i haven't had time to fix it properly over the Christmas holidays but i should have a little time over the new few weeks to fix it. I have started a list of thing i'm fixing in the "Feed Back And sugestions" category so if there is any thing that isn't on the list that needs to be fixed make a post in that thread.
 

+1 Bluuy is a nice responsible local on phantom gamers who is well deserving to become a mod or a admin. He isnt the type of person to abuse or who will make bad judgement calls.

Why do i want to become admin instead of moderator? : Over the past of being moderator, i have done my job, slayed stealers muted mic spammers, and i also don't just play on dodgeball i rotate positions alot, in there i do the same, also slaying people who delay saxton hale. I have helped out the community alot as much as i can, also helping junior's admins/mods trying to find their feet. I also want to be an admin to bring a bit more fun and joy to the phantom-gamers saxton hale and dodgeball severs.
 
What have i done to make myself recognized by the community? : I have proven to the community that i am not just a boy behind a computer screen, with capable of much more i can bring to the sever as an admin, i have a good sence of humour and some crumby puns but i still do manage to make a couples laugh somehow, i do come on a fair bit and do use microphone aswell.
 
Age? : 15 years of age
 
Are you prepared to be yelled at? : Yes but haven't been really yelled at, also the only kid that yells at me is tyresse because he has anger management.
 
What have i learned about the sever when i am a moderator? : The community seems to quite at some times, which i enjoy trying to cheer up, also there will be some people that have been playing for ages knowing the rules and continue to not apply, even some new players understand the rules, in terms of the new people some people do not try and help them as i do, poor spirit, also so many admins that come on to abuse or don't come on at all.

I would like to see rdrs gone for Dodgeball

Bob is an amazing dodge-baller and a well respected member of the community there. He meets all of the requirements of being an admin and exceeds them. I think bob would make an amazing admin/mod despite the weird layout  and or timing of the post.  I trust him that I made him moderator (cant make admins) of my beloved  group.
He should get admin,

Neutral - Whenever Captain is on, he is always nice, kind and conciderate to other players, and I have seen him help out a few of the newer players. I think the only think that lets him down is his play time. From what I've seen, he's fairly new to the server in regards to how long some people have been playing & I havnt seen him use his mic.
But overall good guy 

It has come to my attention that there are no job opportunities available at current, so I take it upon my self to resign this application as it is unnecessary. I hope to apply again in the hopefully not to distant future, maybe by then I will be 15, otherwise thank all of you for your support and kind reply's on my application.

Could we please have a limit on the admins and mods.
There are so many applications now from people that are new to this group.
Can You make it that you can't apply for admin/mod until you have 5posts.
That is apart of the requirements but so many people don't even bother reading the requirements before applying.

Added Plugins and i have been meaning to go threw the plugin but just haven't had the time yet. Thanks for the suggestions.

Anyways! Here's some handy tips, which you can take into consideration: 
 
* Read the rules that pop up on your screen as soon as you join the server.
* If you "accidentally" or somehow exit them without reading them, there's an amazing command which is "!rules" or "/rules" It will instantly make the rules pop up onto your screen so that you can make sure you are doing nothing wrong/following the rules that are set for everyone.
* If you do not understand the rules, feel free to contact a staff member directly, so that they can explain further the simple and common sense rules that are set.
 
Note: I apologize, that on my day off from work, (Yes, because I actually have a life, Even though you thought I didn't. *OMG PLOT TWIST RIGHT?*)
That I was on the server and you had to witness everyone explaining the simple minded rule to you, which most players understand and know. (and follow)
 
I recognize that you love to argue with the rules (And abuse everyone when they try to explain it to you).
But there is no need for that nonsense, and we will not tolerate it on Phantom Gamers Servers. 
The rules are set for a specific reasons.

Grimsby is, from what I've seen kind, mature and caring. I believe he should become Admin.

+1 I do agree with many of the posts above. Grimsby is a top bloke and well respected in the db community.
Doesn't micspam, and does help me out a lot when things start getting a little tough and people don't listen.
 
If he gets mod or admin hopefully he is better at it than db, because hes not the best at that. (Just kidding, he tears most players up)

I see myself as one of the more active players on dodge-ball. It seems that the server only has 3-4 active admins, and a lot of the time, they arent on when I am. I'm a responsible player who certainly wont abuse anyone or any of the rules. Up until recently I have always wanted to run for admin or mod, but recently I have had some people message me, saying I should be an admin. So I'm running for it!
Do I Have A Mic?
I have a mic and I frequently use it.
Commands?
I know all of the basic admins commands, such as slay, kick, gag etc.
Previous Experience?
I do not have previous experience with being an admin or moderator, but have had access to vip on many other servers.

Alerting Phantom:

I'll be starting to comment on every Admin Application now with serious comments in whether you would be good as an Admin, Mod or just not at all. 

The Application that you've posted has enough information and detail to become Mod. Now this is only from my perspective but you are still 14 and young (inexperienced). It is pretty important being an Admin and takes a lot of patience out of you as seen in admin abuse reports. I think you should be mod for a year and if your still around just re-submit this application. Good luck with your App.

 I should be Mod because I am well known on the server and I am very responsive to the rules, as in when someone breaks these rules I will warn them to stop.
