1. Why do I want to become Admin instead of Moderator?
There are many reasons, some examples: getting someone unstuck by teleporting them out, or just reviving someone by accidental slays or map glitches.
2. What have I done to be recognized by the community?
I am friendly to the community, always having a laugh and making it a more happy environment. I also never abuse my power, and i am always enforcing the rules to those who don't comply or don't know about the rules.
3. Age: 16
4. Am I prepared to be yelled at? Yes, I do try to tell people who like to swear alot that they should try and not do so as much, because many kids play. But if they become to out of control i will simply just gag or mute them.
Well, ofc. I don't really bother with people who swear or yell. Unless it affects fellow gamers, in that scenario I can simply gag/mute them.
5. What have I learned from being a moderator?
I have learned many things from my experience of being a moderator, from dealing with rule breakers, helping out all that i can when someone needs or not, keeping the community nice and friendly. Whilst trying to keep the peace, but punishing those who try to make it and unfriendly place for others.

My name is Thomas and I am 15 years old male human being and i share the love to play games such as CSGO and TF2. I also have a love for basketball, afl and tennis but in the spare time i have i will play video games or be at the gym. What time am I online and available
During the holidays i will most likely get online in the morning all the way until somewhere between 7-9 pm, if not later otherwise i will be headed off to the gym. During school times i will be on straight after i get home which will be anywhere from 3 pm to 3:30pm and will stay on for 1 hours to 5 hours depending what i have on and if i have any work to do.

Why Should I Be Admin?
I believe my reasoning to be admin is fuelled by my willingness to make people happier and to make the game a much more fun place. I have had a lot of experience as an admin on Saxton hale servers from previous experience and people seemed to enjoy it a lot. I have never gotten demoted from any servers and never abused or attempted to. I also like to make sure no one breaks the rules as there seems to be a lack of admins at times, if there was a situation I could not solve I will leave a message for other admins or for hades and Phantom.

  My Age: 20   Ingame name: Kit Kat   What time do I normally play?: I'm very active playing between 4pm-8pm mostly but I'm on at other random times too.   Why should I be Admin?: I am someone who people tend to listen to. There being alot of people breaking rules that I abide by doesn't seem right to me, and it tends to tick me off. I am more mature than alot of tf2 players as I am decently older than most players.   Do I have a mic?: Yes. I use it alot when playing tf2 and it seems that people can understand so I'm guessing that it's atleast decent. I am confident using the mic as public speaking is not something I fear.     Do I know any commands for Admin?: Yes. I know all the basic commands that an admin/mod would need to know. I am learning the rules and guidelines and trying to get to a point were I remember them all off by heart.   Have I been an Admin on another server?: I haven't but I would like to get the role of being an admin. Admins/mods would have started somewhere and I would like this to be my starting place, to gain experience of being an Admin/mod from this server.   Have I read and fully understand the Admin rules?: Yes, I don't know them off by heart but am currently working on that.   If I stop playing on Phantom-Games will I let you know?: Yes, I wouldn't want someone else missing out on a chance of being Admin/mod.   Additional info: It would be awesome if I got admin so that I could do something about older players breaking rules and newer players doing. Saying that, I mean that newer players will be treated more understandingly and older players (players that have been on frequently) will be treated more strictly.
