Fixed Hale #3 Beta Spectator AFK Bug

In Hale #3 Beta, when you are in spectate mode, AFK manager thinks you are still a player and tries to move you for some reason.It moves you to the actual spectator team and if you forget to change back you are stuck on there until the next game ends.
