Ok well deathgod, firstly you have a -3 rep meaning i'm not the only guy that finds you annoying and such. You also said on skiddos Mod/Admin application that it was "too short" and that he needed a profile pic, even tho u know pretty much nothing about making a SUCCESSFUL application so you have no right to criticise others work especially since skiddo's app was perfectly fine and didnt need your criticism. 
 
Next you are probably the BIGGEST suck-up i have ever seen in all my time playing on phantom servers. You posted "I love phantom so much it inspires me to be awesome at school".Your joking right? Next, the first and for a long time only comment on your profile is "Deathgod loves all phantom gamers" you have GOT to be joking. This isnt just "expressing your love" this is desperate, pathetic and even a bit creepy. Quick advice lad, nobody likes a suck-up.
 
Oh and i remember seeing a post about someone making fun of your little Cod clan and then "quitting tf2" Really? Not to mention you of course popped back up like 30 seconds later after realizing that you were acting like a child.
 
And of course the fact that you remade your application to sound even more like a desperate creep, and probably since the first got more -1 than +1
 
To sum up, you shouldn't be a suck-up, remember it's just a game and act more mature if you want a position. Nobody is even gonna glance at an application if your a whiny suck-up child.

PS. Try to take this less of a personal attack and more of a "wake up call". As much as this seems like an attack, and id probably take it as one too, you should at least try to learn from this slap in the face.

Hi. I was just wondering if you are allowed to steal in dodgeball. The reason why I am asking this is because Unleal says he will kick or ban anyone who steals a rocket. Personally from my experience this will not last long. It will only last when an admin is on and how can you stop stealing completely? What if unleal bans someone who did not steal but he thinks they stole? Also stealing is apart of dodgeball, It is unavoidable, what if someone airblasts a rocket straight at you and it was not yours but heading in your direction? You have to airblast it or die but then unleal would kick or ban you. This is very unfair.
 
I may also point out that after Unleal came on the dodgeball server, he made it terrible, not enjoyable since he would teleport egeroth to the other side of country and spam that admin chat in the middle of the screen which said ALEXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX constantly. Of course this is not an admin abusing post but I just thought I point that out, other people who have been on this server would know of this as well if they were on there. I may post an admin abusing report if he does it again but lately he will only kick or slay or ban if you steal =/. One last thing, he also silenced everyone except a select few once. Just think he should be monitered. Sorry if this is the wrong post, you may ignore it because of that but I think this is of concern to the community of admins who do these things and should be dealt with. I tried taking footage but I cannot use third party tools to record, lag like crazy and did not use the record thing in tf2 since it happens so fast. Oh well, next time.

Why do I think I deserve admin?:
I think I deserve admin from the amount of effort I have put in to help the community. I am active on both dodgeball and hale. I also think it would be a good start for me starting to act responcibally and have more self control than I currently have. I also think i would be a good leader as I won't abuse the commands... Well atleast not too much... I am also apparently funny.

What do I think it means to be an admin?:
To me I think being an admin is all about helping out the community and doing what's right. Also making people have fun and be happy at the same time. Also it's about making sure people don't break the regulations of phantom

Do I have a mic and do I use it?:
I don't have a mic unfortunately but I find it still quite easy to communicate with just text.

What would it mean to me if I did get admin?:
It would mean quite a lot to me as I am currently mod and want to take up the responcibilaty of having the courage to maintain a server with the fellow staff members that may be there.

Do I know the commands (sm_kick)?:
I know most of the commands that can be used for admin purposes and I also know that abusing these commands will lead into a possible demotion.

What do I think of scammers?:
I personally haven't been scammed since I'm not a big trader but I have heard its a very bad thing. If someone did get scammed on the server I would ask the scammer to return all the stuff immediately . If they fail do do so in 1 minute or try to leave I would report them to valve and hopefully stop them from their corrupt ways.

WHY SHOULD YOU BE MOD?: Well one of my dream jobs is becoming a moderator or an admin (prefer mod) to guide or help new players or if someone is having trouble in the commands or in social life and I would always respect the community and each other in the nicest way possible and not get people into an argument. I always like having fun with people on the server and giving them some things to do like (slap, funny jokes and etc...). I also will not be mean or I will not criticize people in the game because they might quit the game and I might ruin their fun, so I've decided to maybe do some raffle items draws with stranges, weapons etc.. But anyways a moderator means the world to me and I hope I get accepted so I can treat these people in the right way and make the, have a wonderful time on this beloved server. Also I will respect the server and the rules so that people can have a look how good I'm being because of those rules.
 
DO YOU KNOW THE COMMANDS OF MOD (E.G. sm_kick)?: Yes I do know most of them like ent_create and other things for example, and other things like (ban, small, big etc..). But I would use these commands with caution and not abuse.
 
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY WITH SCAMMERS?: Just say for example, just say that Pancake scammed Space and he wants his items back because Pancake scammed, In my personal opinion I would give her a warning to give back his items immediately, if he doesn't and leaves or says no I would ban her and contact steam support of Space and then Space has to do the rest with his account passwords and stuff..
 
ADDITIONAL INFO: Life I said before, my dream job would becoming a mod and guiding people for success on the server and not break any rules and respect each and every person equally..

Why Should You Be An Admin?: Well... I would really like to show confidence and hard work to help other people and the community to help it grow to let more people join our wonderful PhantomGaming Servers! I will always respect people with all they need and educate them throughout the server
 for them do understand all the commands on the Saxton Hale Server! And also I will always do what a owner or a rank that is above me to do what they want me to do and I will immediately do it for them. Define Becoming An Admin: Becoming a admin for me is like finding real gold on the floor and it really helps me out a lot to be an admin and help the society of PhantomGaming, I would really like to give people as much fun as possible so they can enjoy the game. 4. why should you be admin? - I think i should be admin because i think on phantom there usually is never any admins on the server. and also i am alot of fun and also i am currently vip on the server and people are always counting on me to help them with any issues they have on the server. i think it was be pretty easy to be an admin and i wouldn't abuse my powers, i would only use my powers when people need me to.
 
5. define becoming an admin. - becoming admin is a hard job to handle. being an admin means that you have to be kind, show respect and responsibility. being an admin means thats you need to help people, not abuse your powers and when people look up to you for guidence you need to be there for them and help them.
 
6. do you have a mic? - yes i do have a mic, but at the moment my mic is broken, i am getting a new headset (mic) in a few days. but, i only use my mic when people ask me question or if they need help.
 
7. do you know most of the admin commands? - Yes i do know most of the admin commands. i am i vip on the server atm and i am also friends with alot of admins on the server and they have told me many commands and how to use them.
 
8. what is your policy with scammers? - my brother used to be a scammer, and i just felt so sad for the people he was doing it to so i have never scammed in my life and i never will. i don't tolerate any kind of scamming. if i heard someone got scammed on the server i would contact other admins and see what they would do about it.
 
9. Additional info - the main reasons why i am running for admin is because i feel like there isn't enough admins on the server to protect people and help them out and keep the server going. if i became and admin i woudl be honoured.

-1 To start with you use your  mic quite frequently, and from that and the way you act I can immediately tell you're not my age, you sound about 9 and act like it too. You already abuse your VIP powers, so giving you the ability to moderate the entire server would just be outright crazy, you tried to mute me ( An admin ) and you muted numerous other players with your VIP powers, for no reason at all. You use your mic quite frequently which would be an upside if you didn't sound like a 9 year old, and you didn't use it in such a foul way when you get angry. The fact that you scammed a regular on the server of 5 keys, and refused to give it back until you found out I was admin and the threat of being banned was on the table, and though we did get it back we all went through a lot of foul insults and things from you in the process. You get very angry over little pointless things on the server, for instance I asked you to stop taking other people's rockets and you continued to deny it even though I was watching you do it numerous times, and when you finally admitted to it you called me a "rude c*nt" and various other names, overall I think you're way too immature for this role.

I do have to say, I've seen you around a fair bit but for me to give you a +1 or a -1 is also hard to say. I need to see a bit more confidence of you on phantom, when you speak on the mic you tend to sound like you're acting shy and when there are huge amounts of people on the mic you tend to try and over voice them. When an admin or someone isn't using the mic you tend to be very quite and such. I've seen you around every now and then, but considering you as a mod let alone admin would be hard to tell at this stage. I want to see more of you out there on the server(s) and try to be a bit more "brave" sounding! Your application isn't poor either, but it could use a itty bit of touching up here and there. You seem like an okay dude, but you have yet to make a name for yourself on phantom, let alone be called a regular player. Most people apply when they have a lot of people who know them very well and have made a name for themselves in the community. I do suggest try being more active and get yourself that fancy name. I will edit my comment every now and then based on observations that i've noticed from you.

Hey Deathgod, from what you've recently done i'm leaning more towards the side of you shouldn't be an admin. You're acting so desperate for it and it's getting on the communities nerves, you're telling me that you're a horrible person because i gave you some mixed feedback, you're making all these threads about yourself and how much you "LOVEEEEEEEEEEEE" phantom. It's just plain old creepy, and sorry man we don't need creepos lurking on the admin team here on phantom.

I have heard many stories about you being stuck up, i even see it in-game too. And i also agree with Dr Symmetry, i can't see you being an admin. 
Plus you can be really clingy to people, im not naming anyone.

You also are very whiny. Cookieninja unboxed an unusual, and you we're complaining about how you don't have any unusuals. You start whining about it, asking cookieninja for one. You keep carrying on about how you have no unusuals, and in the end you say "Stop talking about unusuals, i don't want to talk about unusuals." Even though im pretty sure you started the whole conversation. You shouldn't keep hassling someone about having no unusuals, for about 15 minutes straight. It's uncalled for.

4. Why should you be admin? :

I believe this server could use another admin to help keep it in check, ive joined constantly only to find some admin or mod out of control with power or to find someone breaking the rules, ruining the experience for everyone else and its horrible to watch without being able to help what so ever. I have plenty of experience of being an admin: 2ish years being a admin on a very popular terraria server, a year or so on an old tf2 deathrun and minigame server along with a couple months on a minecraft server. I also know most regular players on the server and im willing to help them along with new comers who may not understand the game mode very well or at all.

5. Define becoming an admin :  Becoming an admin does give you more power over other players, but your still a player and not some sort of god amost men. The power you get is to only to help and keep the server a clean and happy place for everyone to enjoy. Becoming an admin is too be committed, qualified and most importantly; calm and able to listen to both sides of a story, without being byist or rude to either party, sloving problems and all round helping and being a nice person C:

Policy? please. If your scam someone your litteral scum, you dont deserve a policy. id probably try to get the item back but otherwise the scammer is banned, and id contact steam support on behalf of the player to try and get their item back.
