Hello, My name is Lochlin and I have been a player of Phantom-Gamers Saxton hale for 1-2 Years now having over 15 Days game time on that server alone. I Have growen to understand of the rules and how the game is to be played putting the Knowledge to good use to help others. I find my self to be one of the friendlier players in the community welcoming and explaining to the new players the rules and the concept of the server
Why do you want to become Moderator? I believe I could for fill a friendly community and Reinforce the rules when the time comes. I know how to have fun but also so know self control not abusing powers on my self or others.
What have you done to make yourself recognized by the community? I guest my friendly persona towards other players

Why Should I Be Admin/Mod?
I think I should be admin because i have been in the 'Phantom-Gamers' community for more then 2 years and I have always enjoyed playing. I would love to help enforce the rules that the server puts in place to make everyones stay enjoyable. I know when and how to use all commands in the right situations. I am very active from the early mornings of the day till the late nights. My willingness to help enforce the rules encouraged me to type this application. 
When Do You Play?
Friday Afternoon - 3 hours
Weekends - 8-10 hours
Holidays - 24/7

Why do i want to become admin instead of moderator? : Over the past of being moderator, i have done my job, slayed stealers muted mic spammers, and i also don't just play on dodgeball i rotate positions alot, in there i do the same, also slaying people who delay saxton hale. I have helped out the community alot as much as i can, also helping junior's admins/mods trying to find their feet. I also want to be an admin to bring a bit more fun and joy to the phantom-gamers saxton hale and dodgeball severs.
 
What have i done to make myself recognized by the community? : I have proven to the community that i am not just a boy behind a computer screen, with capable of much more i can bring to the sever as an admin, i have a good sence of humour and some crumby puns but i still do manage to make a couples laugh somehow, i do come on a fair bit and do use microphone aswell.

Are you prepared to be yelled at? : Yes but haven't been really yelled at, also the only kid that yells at me is tyresse because he has anger management.
 
What have i learned about the sever when i am a moderator? : The community seems to quite at some times, which i enjoy trying to cheer up, also there will be some people that have been playing for ages knowing the rules and continue to not apply, even some new players understand the rules, in terms of the new people some people do not try and help them as i do, poor spirit, also so many admins that come on to abuse or don't come on at all.

How often am I on the server? Everyday for hours on end
 
Do you use the mic frequently? Yes all the time whether it being in conversation with other players or general reinforcement of server rules when I see others breaking them. 
 
Do you know administrator commands? Yes, I have a comprehensive knowledge all necessary administrator commands including: /kick example, /ban example 10 days etc.
 
How long have you been on this server for? 2 years
 
Why should you be given administrator rights? Because unlike the current administrators I am always on the server, I know the server rules, I know all the commands and know when and how to use them. 
 
Additional Information: I have applied once in the past (A few months ago now) for administrator and was declined as there were no available positions. None of the current administrators (Aside from very rarely budder and VERY rarely guardiansnow) ever come onto the server and it is becoming a server with a lot of rule breaking and general misconduct as there is no-one to prevent it. I am always on the server and get along with everyone who plays on it.
 
If there are no available positions yet AGAIN atm then I suggest revoking or demoting some of or one of the current admins as they clearly cannot fulfil this role.
