My people change the way they play when they become admin, but I assure you I will continue to play as a friendly normal player and will continue to promote this server to others, Admin, or not this server will still be one of the best in my eyes. Becoming an Admin: My definition of becoming an admin is joining, and working with a team of friendly people to become what is like "a server cop", by this I mean the person that strives for fairness. And of course like if anyone breaks the law (Rules), they will be warned and further punished If it continues. Do I know the commands?, Yes of course, and I have seen many others, and have learnt over my time in TF2 My policy With scammers: If someone reports to me a scam, the first thing I would do is ask what the other person gained from the scam, then I would !bp the other person, many don't do this but It has a new item thing when someone first receives an item, and it shows what they received. Then I would the the same for the other person therefore confirming what they had traded. Even more stuff: Im born on the 17/12/1998 Ive been playing TF2 for about a year, This server was shown to me by a friend of mine and I've played it ever since. My life info: I am currently in year 9, in WA and This limits my in game time... though I play TF2 for about 6 hrs after school on wed, thurs, friday and i play TF2 basically the whole day saturday. even though I can't play the rest of the week I still have access to Steam, and these forums. What I would do in Scenarios: If someone asked for admin: I would refer them to this website If someone asked for a re-spawn: I wouldn't, Unless they are glitched at spawn (Which I've experienced a few times ) If someone asked for me to change their class: I wouldn't If someone was mic spamming: I would mute them If someone was afk as hale: I would slay them The reason I want to be Admin: Well i want to be admin for various reasons, 1. It can give me the privilege to initiate rush's and that makes the game more fun for everyone. 3. I no-one likes mic spamming and it would give me the opportunity to put and end to it by muting. 4. I have been playing this server for a while now, and have faith it will continue to grow....and by admin I can proudly say I have been part of it. And finally 5. My main reason Is they is Barely any admins that play on Hale #1, and spending most of my time on #1 I think I am the perfect man for the job, and of course i Am known By basically all Who play regularly on the server. I strive for my best and for the severs best to make it a better and awesome place, i also can't resist playing on it also are my favourites severs! As it is also my dream goal to be an admin on these severs. i do not abuse any powers i have and won't ever abuse, i am constantly moderating the severs aswell as i can and bringing lots of fun,loving joy to the severs! I have alot of courage to influence everyone to be thems selves, I have been on these severs for almost a year i am know all the rules and what is exspected from me, i have a maturity of a 9/10 in my ratings. I do whats best for everyone on the sever and even the sever, i try to help with everything and do my best to solve the problem.I am really friendly which can create alot of great feedback to the sever. 5.Define becoming an admin?: Becoming an admin is a perfect role model for the people on the sever, being responsible to everyone, being polite and happy also bringing joy to one anouther also keeping and managing the sever in line and tact. How ever a tutorial would be well appreciated. 8.What is your policy with scammers?: First of all i found how who the so called "scammer" is, find out what really happened then maby talk to some other older admins/officers on the sever and see what they think in the end i would more then likely ban them for 24 hours then if it keeps going on i would speek again to one of the older staff and Ban them permanetly. 9.Additional info: I am a very active player as i have said i play on every sever i posibly can especially saxton hale, i am very kind and would be willing to help with anything or anyone i also treat everyone equally and fairly.I really like to play on phantom severs as it brings joy to all plays escpecially me.As i said before this is also one of my dream goals. Why should you be admin: Many people apply to become an admin because they want the power and ability to control servers and individuals and because of this miss use the admin abilities causing problems on the server and not making it as an enjoyable experience for the players. This is not the reason why I want to become an admin. As an admin you're representing the clan and its community, and you must be responsible for your actions. The reason why I would like to become an admin is because I believe I have the skills that are required in an admin. I have been in many clans where I have moderated and even been one of the clan’s leaders; I've had experiences with players causing problems such as cheating/hacking, not following the server rules, continuous spamming/advertising and severe abuse to players. As an admin I would set a good example to players, help anyone if needed, and I would monitor the server and make sure it is running smooth without complications. I would remind people of the server rules and regulations not in a harsh manner but in mature sensible manner so everyone has fun. I would encourage people who want to join and get involved with Phantom Gamers and make sure that the Phantom Gamers Community is a strong good natured safe place to make new friends and have an enjoyable experience. And with these things in mind, I believe I would benefit your server being an admin. Something About you: I’m 17 years old I was born the United Kingdom and then spent half my life in the United States. At age 11 my family decided to move to Australia and there I began my true life, growing up on a farm up in Williams’s town. I got to experience the country and helped look after a 2000 acre block with my family looking after cattle. 4 years later we decided to move closer to the city now currently living in the Hills where I completed my highs schooling years and I’m about to graduate tonight. I enjoy all sports, my favourite being Soccer and Cricket which I both play in clubs for, and I of course enjoy gaming and most off playing Team Fortress 2. Soon next year I’m hoping to go study at Notre Dame to become a Registered Nurse and from there on work my way up to become a Doctor, as I enjoy helping and caring for people and enjoy the bio-science of health. If you do become admin what will you do: I will monitor and make sure the server is running smoothly, maintain a good example to players, deal with problems and issues effectively and smoothly, enforce server rules and regulations and help support new players to our community. I also do paid work experience at Perth Royal Hospital in the Trauma Department assisting nurses and Doctors in the wards and learning many new skill sets and competencies required in my future career. I'd just like you to answer a Question; If a player was accused of scamming by multiple players. What would you do? There is no evidence that he really was a scammer but what would you do?

What is your policy with scammers: scammers don't deserve a policy because they are manipulating people who do not know what they are doing and I will most likely ban them and try to help the person back his items. 9.
