Why Should I be Admin: Because I and loyal to my word, a good guy and believe that fairness is the best way to have fun. My people change the way they play when they become admin, but I assure you I will continue to play as a friendly normal player and will continue to promote this server to others, Admin, or not this server will still be one of the best in my eyes.
 
 
Becoming an Admin: My definition of becoming an admin is joining, and working with a team of friendly people to become what is like "a server cop", by this I mean the person that strives for fairness. And of course like if anyone breaks the law (Rules), they will be warned and further punished If it continues. (The cop thing was used as a conparisent)
 
In game communication (Mic): While in game I tend to use more chat messaging then mic. Though when problems arise or in other situation I would use my mic if necessary. Though I type alot in chat am well known to the people I play with.
  Do I know the commands?, Yes of course, and I have seen many others, and have learnt over my time in TF2   My policy With scammers: If someone reports to me a scam, the first thing I would do is ask what the other person gained from the scam, then I would !bp the other person, many don't do this but It has a new item thing when someone first receives an item, and it shows what they received. Then I would the the same for the other person therefore confirming what they had traded. Then I would confront both people In private chat and further action would be taken depending on the situation.

What I would do in Scenarios:
 
If someone asked for admin: I would refer them to this website
 
If someone asked for a re-spawn: I wouldn't, Unless they are glitched at spawn (Which I've experienced a few times )
 
If someone asked for me to change their class: I wouldn't
 
If someone was mic spamming: I would mute them
 
If someone was afk as hale: I would slay them

Well i want to be admin for various reasons, 1. It can give me the privilege to initiate rush's and that makes the game more fun for everyone. 3. I no-one likes mic spamming and it would give me the opportunity to put and end to it by muting. 4. I have been playing this server for a while now, and have faith it will continue to grow....and by admin I can proudly say I have been part of it. 
 
And finally 5. My main reason Is they is Barely any admins that play on Hale #1, and spending most of my time on #1 I think I am the perfect man for the job, and of course i Am known By basically all Who play regularly on the server. 
I know anyone could play as Admin on hale #1, But because I am well known, I have gained the trust of many who play, this would draw us closer to the community in how Admins and players could work together to make the game more fun for everyone.

More Admins on #1, I know that there is a crap ton of admins but most play on #2 and only a few occasionally visit #1, (except gutted but he's mod) we need some full time admins on #1. It would attract more of a crowd, and make the impression that hale #1 is run by admins instead of regulars.

4. Why should you be admin? : I should become admin because im not going to change my ways just because of more responsibility, I am known for my fun on the server and I understand the responsibility as an admin/staff but I will maintain my sporty and outgoing contribution towards the players and members. I am on almost 24/7 unless i'm on holidays .
 
5. Define becoming an admin : To me, becoming an admin means solving conflict, I have had previous experience with this when I used to play another game that I was Moderator on 3 times, and Admin 2 times. It means looking out for those on the server that don't have the opportunity to speak for themselves and defend themselves.
 
6. Do you have a mic if so do you use it a lot? : I am CONSTANTLY using my microphone . Ask Charvee, Samurai_Flaccid, Cookie, Pancake, Ducky Luck, the list goes on I most commonly use it to entertain people or ask mic spammers to be quiet :3.
 
7. Do you know the commands of admin (e.g sm_kick)? I am familiar with some, however a quick tutorial would be all that it takes.
 
8. What is your policy with scammers? : Personally myself, I try to find out the whole story, previous experiences I have been told one half of the story and turns out, he actually scammed him. However, if the boot fits I tend to temp ban for 2 days.

4.Why should I be admin:
I'd love to become an admin on the server, for me as a player who has started playing a lot on the server I'd love to help the server in any way I possibly can. I enjoy playing with the players, hate micspammers and those that make the game more frustrating than it should be. 
I've been admin on two other servers but for around a year one on one of them. I know how to deal with micspammers, hackers, and I know many commands off by heart quite easily. I use my mic a lot on the server and I'm a very respected and loved member on the community. For me becoming an admin on the server would be of great responsibility and dedication. I for one would be able to do that, I often play on the server as it is one of my main servers and helping the server would be amazing. I can do the job and get it done right, yet still be a fun, nice, and entertaining member of the community.
5. Define becoming an admin: Becoming an admin means taking on new responsibilities. In looking after the server and keeping it fun and under order. To become admin on a server means time and dedication to do the job and maintain the server. To be an admin doesn't mean "I'm the boss respect the hell out of me" it means to respect and look after the community keeping it away from annoying as hell players who ruin the fun of the community by hacking, mic spamming, and being massive dicks. It means taking on the role of someone who loves and cares about the community and wanting to do everything they can to keep it in best shape.
6. Yes I do have a mic, and yes I do use it a lot. I'm very comfortable on the mic and it is very good quality. 
7. Yes I know all admin commands off by heart, I have had experience as an admin on two tf2 servers and I know the Sourcemod admin commands very well.
8. Policy with scammers: Personally, I believe that people shouldn't be scammed. Most scammers aren't the nicest of people and should really learn to be fair. If I know a scammer I will report the scammer to someone of trust who can do action or report it to valve, steamrep, and tf2 outpost.
Additional Info: I know many members of the community. I'm a gamer with 1000+ hours on team fortress 2. I enjoy having a good time with people both in real life and virtual. I love anime it's amazing. I am a bit of an artist, and a story writer. I play tennis and soccer, and do enjoy some free running. Many people on the Phantom Team Fortress 2 servers know who I am and I've had many great times with members of the phantom-gamers community. Also many people call me Light....

If you Advertise on our server you will be banned. If Rawr or any one else bribes you to advertise and you advertise you will be banned  If You trade Rawr any Item/Unusual And he want give it back unless you advertise your a dumb ass And you advertise you will be banned. Report him to Valve and get you items back that way.  
 
 
RAWR IS A SCAMMER AND ALL WAYS HAS BEEN. IF YOU TRADE WITH HIM YOUR A DUMB ASS AND ITS YOU FAULT IF YOU GET SCAMMED.

Doom, just putting it out there, HHH isn't a terrible hale, his range is amazing and the tele, it depends the person playing hale, tho I think crits are fine, but in my opinion only the last person should get crits not the last 2.
